TERM OF SERVICE

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Please ask me beforehand if you intend to use the artwork commercially, as this will incur a higher fee.

  • I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request.

  • Reposting the commission is allowed but please credit me/my social media.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel unable to deliver what you have requested successfully.

  • Commissions may take 1-2 months to complete depending on the complexity of the request. Any deadline rush or priority commissions will incur an additional cost.

  • You will receive a full-resolution digital file (.png ). No physical item will be delivered.

  • Default size will vary depending on pose but is roughly 2000 ~ 4000 px, 350 dpi unless otherwise discussed.

  • Payment will be via Stripe invoice (direct card payment). I will start the commission once the full payment has been processed.

  • I do not provide refunds unless I cannot complete your commission for some reason or if I have not started.

  • Please provide detailed references of Character, Pose and Background. Any design work about character will incur additional costs.

  • I will send a sketch for approval before finishing the drawing. I'm also happy to send any work in progress images if requested.

  • Changes to the commission can only be requested during the sketch phase. I will not do any major changes during the rendering stage.
